In Beat the Bomb, don’t be the one answering when the bomb explodes! Prefer something calmer? Keep it Chill has no timer and Car Ride is made for game play when movement is restricted (think in the car or an airplane).
Yes! Tap the gear icon to open Settings, where you can turn any question type on or off. For example, you can turn off all but Get Moving for an active game, or switch off any types that aren't your family's style.
No. YaBoom! works completely offline — no Wi-Fi or signal needed.
Yes! Turn on “Read to Me” and the app will read the questions aloud, so pre-readers can play too. Because my five-year-old loves being in charge, even if she isn’t quite reading yet.
Make sure your device isn't on silent (check the ring/silent switch on the side of your iPhone) and that the volume is turned up.
I created YaBoom! because I wanted a question game my own family would love. And personally, I prefer games without ads, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or data tracking. So that's what I've built. Just simple conversations, laughter, and time together.
